CHECK OUT PROCEDURE - existing guests
We
hope that you have enjoyed your stay with us, here are a few reminders
of what to do when leaving the property that you have stayed in:
Keys - On your departure please return all keys, parking
remotes etc to Alma House, 56 Alma Road, Windsor by 10am. Regrettably,
if any keys have been lost or are not returned, we will charge for
the re-cutting of a new set and changing the locks at the property.
Please make sure all windows and doors are securely locked and fastened,
turn off all lights, TV's, appliances (NOT FREEZERS).
Cleaning Please ensure that you leave the property
it in a similar condition to how it was found. Please wipe over
surfaces, hoover carpets, clean bathrooms and the kitchen. If you
would like us to do this for you, please book an end-of-stay
clean giving at least 1 week's notice. Please ask for
the cost of this when booking. We reserve the right to make a charge
from the credit or debit card supplied at the time of your booking
for cleaning a property if it has not been left in a similar condition
to how it was let.
Trash / Rubbish Kindly dispose of all trash before
vacating the property. Please ensure that you remove and dispose
of all food from the fridge / freezer and cupboards. (It is acceptable
to leave unopened and non-perishable products for future guests.)
Call charges, Damages, Breakages and Lost items – in the unfortunate event of the aforementioned, we would
kindly request that you notify us and replace any such items with
items of a similar quality. Please note that on departure your supplied
credit / debit card will automatically be charged for any call charges
incurred during your stay plus a small admin fee of £5 to
cover the cost of this service.
Laundry Please make sure that you leave all items
of bed linen and towels at the property when you leave. We will
arrange to launder these items. Please leave used towels on the
bathroom floor and unused towels folded on the bed.
Oven Please leave it in the same condition to which
you found it. Additional charges may be incurred if the oven is
left in a really bad state. To avoid this please wipe up spillages
as they happen to limit cleaning.
Fridge / Freezer - On vacating the property please DO NOT
turn off fridges / freezers. Please remove all food items and wipe
over.
Hoover Bags Kindly empty out and change hoover bags
as necessary.
Appliances / Televisions / Internet Modems - If you have altered any appliances/televisions/modems please reconfigure
them to how they were found on arrival.
Redirection of mail - Please arrange for the re-direction
of your mail prior to date of vacating. We are unable to forward
mail on your behalf.
